Return & Refund Policy

At Table Tennis Lover, we strive to provide genuine and high-quality table tennis products. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Custom Assembled Rackets (Ready Bats)

All custom assembled rackets or ready bats are specially made according to customer requirements. Therefore:

- Custom assembled rackets/ready bats are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

2. Opened or Used Products

To ensure product authenticity and quality:

- Products with opened manufacturer seals cannot be returned.

- Table tennis rubbers with opened or removed protective sheets are not eligible for return.

- Any product that has been used, installed, glued, assembled, or shows signs of usage cannot be returned.

3. Hygiene Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

- Socks

- Innerwear

- Wristbands

- Headbands

- T-shirts and apparel worn or tried on

- Any other personal hygiene products

4. Damaged Product During Transit

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please follow these steps immediately:

1. Record an unboxing video from the moment the package seal is opened.

2. Take clear photographs showing the damage.

3. Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery and share the video and photos.

Our quality team will review the submitted evidence. If approved, the customer may be asked to return the product for inspection.

Important:

- Claims without a complete unboxing video may not be accepted.

- Products damaged due to usage, mishandling, improper installation, or accidental damage are not eligible for return or refund.

5. Conditions for Return Approval

Returned products must:

- Be unused and in original condition.

- Include original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.

- Be returned exactly as received.

Products failing quality inspection after return may be sent back to the customer without refund.

6. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

- Physical damage caused after delivery.

- Normal wear and tear.

- Damage due to improper use or handling.

- Products altered, modified, or repaired by the customer.

- Missing original packaging or accessories.

- Return request raised after the specified time period.

7. Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and successfully passes quality inspection, eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

8. Final Decision

Table Tennis Lover reserves the right to accept or reject any return request after product inspection. The decision of our Quality Assurance Team shall be final.
